Cast aluminum is the most durable and lightweight; therefore it is the perfect choice for long lasting patio furniture.  We offer 5-year warranty from date of purchase for any manufacturer defects or frame failure: repair or replace to whichever that's required.  We would like to offer you a complete worry free furniture set, however these warranty apply to residential use only.  This warranty will be voided if the damages were caused by acts of nature: storms, fire, freezing, normal wear and tear, salty damp air, exposure to harsh chemicals or solvents, abuse or failure to take reasonable care of the furniture.  Furthermore, warranty doesn't extend toward fading cushions, cast iron rusting, rocker and swivel mechanism, leveler or glass.  However, we will try and accommodate and fix or replace parts when possible or replacement will be offered if required. 

Please notify us any shortages, overages, incorrect or defective within 10 days of receiving your shipment.
